Install instructions

Download instructions: First download the PMP file onto your computer, Secondly go to penguinmod.com, Thirdly click Create, Then click File, then click load from your computer, then click on the file you downloaded and open it and press the blue flag and done! (btw you have to do all these steps to launch it)
